The Real Cross Country Cycling Route Behind BIC Industrial Park

There are Thousand man and women work in Bukit Indah City ( Kota Bukit Indah) . Inside there maybe nearly 50 company , processes  raw material to intermediate and finish good to further process a board or sent to local others industry. Behind the factory and workshop we can find a beautiful village . The village are Wanakerta , Dangdeur. Cigelam  that still have natural environment. 

Inside wanakerta village with natural fertilize grow bamboo, jengjing, kecapi, rambutan , durian tree. Under the bamboo leaf of wanakerta village , anybody  can ride his bicycle at the concrete path. Because of bamboo forest, the sun ray cannot reach until the ground So it is little dark at the route. Now in rain season , the ground is wet and muddy so be ware and prepare with special tire  pattern  to maximize grip ability that can avoid your bike slip and crash.

Riding under the tree make our breathe  inhale fresh oxygen on week end where  Fresh oxygen and natural environment I think make self healing or bost your spirit to work next monday.After riding in XC environment we will rediscover our soul and spirit again.
After ride our bike at bamboo forest then we entrance concrate way. But after reach Hino Village , we face macadam track , descent until rest area 72. This area we cannot entrance because flog of cattle like buffalo or cow damage the way. The track became moody and slip at rain season. By entrance under way of Cipularang Highway , the track can expandable to Kawarang Or Maracang even Curug village. But to simplify our route , we turn left to Cigelam village.
20 km route from Wanakerta, Dangdeur and Cigelam average will accomplish by 2 hours. Our journey continue at little forrest of bamboo and Jati forest near Hidayatullah boarding School . It is About 2 km of single track with high grass and red earth . Forrest and bamboo, supply pure oxygen to our body make thi XC ride convenience and we miss to re-ride next time.

Replacement Cones Nut for XT Freehub

After long time use in various track, that a had damage in my xt freehub . First there was lost power because of corotion  hence the lock nail was broken. Fortunately , i still went home from mountain leutik track with that matter. To fix that freehub , local technician was able to make it work like before, although the sound is rather noisy . But there was unavailable 17 pass wrenches to fix the cones make internal lock.
In a day after the cones gone  unlock again . if the cones is not  lock any more that mean the rim circle was not center hence make damage to the cones. As we know shimano part as special made. usualy not suitable with other common part in the market.
I was try to replace with other japan part in market but not suitable . there no other way unless to buy the new one freehub. i think that not worthy buy new hub set , because of one reason. The economic and reasonable is make a new cones ( imitate)   again . Yes I have to go and find a workshop that able to imitate the xt cones. XT cones is a special part . smaller than other cones nut so  lighter that other one.
Finally I  find Setuju Technik at Tengah street Purwakarta City. Setuju Technik manager, was deal to make two imitate cones nut with 50 k each.
I was take 2 hour to fulfill all process to get a set XT cones nut. But never forget that , the problem was no local technician own 17 mm special wrenches. that the problem . That tool maybe only make by shimano inc .
After make reduce thickness  of common 17 wrenches, finally I have 17 mm special tool to make my rim set fix again. As my experience , if you go to make your bicycle fix, don't shy to ask the technician do they have 17 mm wrenches? If they don't own it, be ready to make your cycle broken in next time. Some local  technician think that they can use f wrenches. But isn't work absolutely. The cones nut isn't interlock strongly .
